The Quality System Engineer (QSE) is responsible for conducting regular quality inspections to ensure that products and procedures adhere to company standards and government regulations. This includes gathering and analyzing data, performing extensive research, developing and implementing quality assurance tests, reviewing documentation and specifications, identify the strengths and weaknesses of existing systems, and creating solutions against problem areas. In addition, we expect you to lead our team to to reach goals while implementing and promoting the company's policies and regulations.

 

Job Duties
•    Conduct the operation, maintenance and improvement of internal quality management system;
•    Conduct the response to customer audits and customer's investigation reports and the follow-up and closure of related reports;
•    Conduct the follow-up and closure of supplier audits and investigation reports;
•    Conduct the response to the survey report of the certification body and the follow-up and closure of the related report;
•    Suggest on quality accidents caused by work errors;
•    Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements
•    College degree or above;
•    Grade 4 or above in English or equivalent, with good English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills;
•    More than one year experience in system management, experience in automotive system 16949 system management is preferred;
