The Purchasing Engineer (Equipment Maintenance Direction) is responsible for the purchase of all the company's equipment and equipment maintenance docking work, with the company's maintenance department to purchase equipment parts and hardware accessories work, to ensure the price advantage, reduce the quality and delivery risk.

 

Job Duties
•    Conduct the purchase of all equipment and equipment maintenance work of our company;
•    Cooperate with the maintenance department of our company to purchase equipment parts and hardware accessories work, to ensure the price advantage, reduce the quality and delivery risk;
•    Conduct supplier management, including individual purchase order management, long-term purchase agreement signing, annual price reduction negotiation, improve the payment account period;
•    Cross-functional communication and negotiation,lead the supplier business negotiation and sign relevant agreements;
•    Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
•    Timely handling of emergencies and abnormalities in the work;
•    Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements
•    College degree or above in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred.
•    3+ years of experience as a purchasing engineer or in a similar role, familiar with equipment maintenance and procurement process, FPC/SMT industry experience is preferred, familiar with the entire manufacturing process of FPC and the production capacity of each process is preferred.
•    Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
•    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
•    Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems.
•    Good Command in English with CET-4 or above is preferred.
